THE OREGON RISING STAR PROJECT

The Rising Star Project was created at 5th Avenue Theatre in Seattle, one of the nation's best theater companies.  The Elsinore Theatre has partnered with 5th Avenue Theatre and the Oregon Thespians to host a training program for theater and music students in the State of Oregon.
